Our Principal

As RiverOak Holdings’ Founder and Managing Director, Abhishek Bhadauria brings extensive experience working closely with senior executives of large corporations and owners of small and middle market companies. Prior to founding RiverOak Holdings, Abhishek advised business families and senior executives on investments and strategy, major transition and liquidity events, wealth structuring, arranging and managing credit, fiduciary practices, family office and insurance solutions. During 17 years of his career as a banker, Abhishek has worked for some of the prominent global banks such as DBS, Citibank, RBS, Standard Chartered and ICICI Bank in senior wealth management and private banking roles.

Born and raised in India, Abhishek has had the opportunity to travel extensively around the world. Outside of work, Abhishek loves trying different cuisines, hiking and most things outdoors.

Abhishek earned his MBA and BBA degrees from business schools in India specializing in Finance, Marketing and International Business. Abhishek is also a Wharton AFP and contributes actively to the Wharton Alumni Club. He is an active member of Wharton Alumni Angels, USA and Golden Triangle Angel Network and Equation Angels in Canada.
