RiverOak Holdings is a privately held, entrepreneurial investment firm seeking to acquire, run and grow a successful small to medium sized business. We are long term investors and plan to actively manage the acquired business. This means we will relocate to the location of the company for hands-on operational management. We can provide owners an attractive exit opportunity while bringing growth capital and additional management expertise to the business, ensuring continuity to customers, employees and the community.

Our single purpose is to find a great business to acquire and manage it to operational and financial success. Our acquisition structures are highly flexible, but we require controlling interest in the business. We will acquire a business anywhere in Canada or U.S. and will assume day to day operational responsibilities of the business.
