• Outstanding Reputation and Brand
• Low customer concentration and churn
• Owner looking to retire or lessen the role in business

• Large, fragmented and growing
• Limited technology risk
• Low risk of adverse regulatory changes
• Non-cyclical, aligned with macroeconomic trends
